Industrialization Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Specify and develop equipment and tooling for manufacturing purposes
* Project follow-up with equipment suppliers
* Interface with Engineering and Manufacturing to align production needs and product requirements with equipment development
* Equipment validation according with product/quality specs
* Support definition of maintenance schedule and spare parts listing
* Support production ramp ups
* Implement new processes on existing equipment
* Support continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
* Academic Background: Degree in Mechanical and Electrotechnical Automation Engineering
* Required Skills: Communication and teamwork efficient; Project management; Industrial experience
* Additional skills: 3D design (Solidworks and others); PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens, omron); Automatic inspection systems
