Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
* Address customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and shipping details efficiently.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving high satisfaction levels.
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
* Stay informed about the e-commerce platform's offerings and policies to provide accurate assistance.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance and streamline the customer service process.
* Participate in training sessions to keep up with product knowledge and service enhancements.
Requirements
* Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
