Job Overview

The Document Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the flow of documents in engineering projects. This includes reports, drawings, comments, meeting minutes, letters, technical queries, and correspondence records.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Establish and maintain documentation workflows within electronic document management systems.
* Develop project-specific document management procedures or establish document control processes, associated records, information flows, etc.
* Transmit project documents to clients.
* Prepare reports for the Project Manager, Discipline Lead, and Engineers regarding document status, delays, risks of delay, progress, etc.
* Identify quality issues in documents and initiate resolution processes with the document author or escalate internally.

Requirements
\
Experience in document management, preferably in large-scale engineering projects (Oil & Gas, public works, energy), is required. A strong English level (B2) is necessary, as well as experience with document management platforms (Electronic Document Management Systems), particularly M-Files.

Principle Power may provide specific training if needed.
\
Work Arrangements
\
This role can be performed fully remotely, however occasional interaction with the end client at their Lisbon office will be required.
\
The initial commitment is 40 hours/week over six months, with potential additional hours for an equal period.
