Head of Administration for our Portugal branch
Reporting to the Finance Department of the Last Tour Group headquarters, located in Bilbao, Bizkaia (Spain), and providing administrative and accounting services to Last Tour Portugal, we are recruiting a professional for this position.
Mission of the position
To ensure the correct administrative, financial, and tax management of Last Tour's operations in Portugal, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the smooth functioning of day-to-day financial processes.
This role will act as the local administrative reference, coordinating with external advisors and the Last Tour Spain team.
Operational responsabilities:
Invoicing using Odoo
Accounts receivable and payable
Treasury management and cash flow control
Liaison with accounting advisors and the Tax Authority
Administrative labor management of the LT Portugal team: payroll and employment contracts, control and reporting of the Portuguese branch's payroll costs
Cashless systems and event reporting
Coordination with Last Tour Spain
Monitoring key indicators and reporting
Tax follow-up with advisory support
Support in budget preparation and monitoring
Position requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Economics
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administration, accounting, or financial management roles, preferably in SME environments
Experience in report preparation and periodic reporting
