The Planning Analyst will guarantee the right balance between workload and staffing in our Contact Center operations, in a medium- and long-term perspective. To be efficient, the Planning Analyst has to combine a strong analytical mind set with an ability to constantly interact with business managers.
What you'll do
* Generates and delivers workforce management reports and forecasts to the Operations Management Team;
* Compares forecasts with actual results to examine variances, proactively identifying improvement needs and offering solutions;
* Provides performance analysis to ensure accurate, timely reporting to support business decisions;
* Manage the project from the perspective of planning to achieve the client’s goals and TP financial results;
* Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP – Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc;
* May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document).

* Higher Education Degree (preferential);
* Proficient in Excel;
* Fluency in English (minimum C1);
* Experience in project management and implementation (desirable);
* Experience managing in Customer Experience Management operations (desirable).
