/ppThis opportunity corresponds to a strong6-month /strong professional internship, co-financed by IEFP, aimed at integrating and developing young professionals in a dynamic and innovative technological environment.
/ppReporting to the Head of Finance, you will join a multidisciplinary team in Cantanhede and support the development and implementation of the internal control system, with a focus on budgetary management, reporting of RD expenses, implementation of ESG policies, and optimization of information flows.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Duties and Responsibilities: /strong /pp - Provide technical support for activities related to the implementation of the internal control and management control systems.
/pp - Proactively contributes to the implementation of a cost accounting system and the procedure for reporting RD expenses.
/pp - Support the development and maintenance of the budget management and reporting system.
/pp - Contribute to management best practices and data analysis procedures.
/pp - Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ERP and other enterprise systems.
/pp - Collaborate on projects to optimize the flow of information across different departments.
/pp - Prepare technical documentation and user manuals when required.

/pp - Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills /pp - Eligibility for a professional internship under IEFP regulations.
/pp - Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.G. CentralGest).
/pp - Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
