We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our international team in
Porto, Portugal
. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a safe and engaging experience for users on one of the worlds most popular social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
* Analyze social media data and content patterns to identify emerging trends or potential risks.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting performance targets (KPIs).
* Collaborate with the team to improve moderation processes and platform safety.
Candidate Profile
* Language Skills: Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) and a strong command of English.
* Experience: A solid background in Customer Service is required. Familiarity with meeting and exceeding KPIs is a significant advantage.
* Availability: Flexible to work rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday.
* Current schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 (with potential extensions between 09:00 and 21:00).
* Upcoming transition: Candidates must be comfortable with the introduction of night shifts in the near future.
* Location: Ability to work On-Site in Porto.
What We Offer
* Salary: 1100€ per month (paid over 14 months).
* Performance Bonus: Up to 100€ per month (paid over 11 months).
