Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with expertise in growing brands online and excellent English communication.
Responsibilities
Work across at least two digital marketing channels.
effective copy for marketing campaigns.
Set up, optimize, and track marketing campaigns.
Set realistic monthly goals, track results, and produce monthly reports.
Generate job postings.
Ensure job postings attract candidates.
Maintain proactive performance across SEO, social, and paid channels to meet quarterly targets.
Improve site user metrics, engagement, retention rates, and returning visitors.
Qualifications
Business-minded digital marketing expert with a hungry, go-getter attitude.
Effective team leader or people-manager.
Expert knowledge in analytics and at least two digital marketing channels.
7+ years growing brands online with proven expertise in at least two channels (SEO, paid, social, etc.).
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.).
Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns.
Proven ability to use AI to streamline and enhance marketing results.
Ideation-driven and proven ability to create that ensure goals are met.
