Your role is to ensure that projects are properly tracked, organized, and moving forward at all times.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Phase Support Coordinate day-to-day communication between architects and engineers Track design progress and deadlines Organize drawings, revisions, and documentationTechnical Review Support Review drawings and documents with attention to detail Identify potential inconsistencies or missing information Support the analysis of technical issues with: Head of Construction, engineers, architects, fiscal, contractors Help structure technical discussions Ensure decisions are documented and followedTender Support Prepare tender documents Build comparison tables Support analysis of contractors' offersSite Execution Follow construction progress Participate in site meetings Track issues and ensure follow-up Monitor contractor performanceProject Control Track timelines, budgets, and key milestones Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation Prepare reportsCANDIDATE PROFILEProfessional Background Civil engineeringmandatory 1–4 years of experience Initial exposure to construction or technical projects Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive Entrepreneurial mindset Strong understanding of the real estate development process end-to-end Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Proven ability to deliver complex projects in non-standardized, fast-evolving environments Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including banks, investors, architects, and advisorsSkills Fluent Portuguese – mandatory Fluent English – mandatory French is a plus Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Comfortable using AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent)Mindset Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with rigor and structure High attention to detail and uncompromising standards of quality Ability to operate effectively in environments characterized by uncertainty and rapid growth Genuine interest in architecture, design, and exceptional real estate assetsWhat You Will Gain Exposure to high-end, design-driven real estate projects End-to-end responsibility on real operations Direct interaction with clients and senior stakeholders Fast learning curve in a growing and ambitious companyPlease send your CV to
