Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies for data visualization practice
* Lead a team of BI Architects and Analysts to foster technical excellence
* Partner with PreSales and Sales teams to support technical pre-sales and solution design
* Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
* Expert-level capability in DAX, Power Query (M), and calculation groups
* Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries across different dialects
* Hands-on experience with code-first BI, Tabular Editor, TMDL, and Git integration
* Deep expertise in Star Schema design and Kimball methodologies
