The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating PFMEA activities across different areas of responsibility and reporting on the overall progress and status of the PFMEAs for the respective area. They will be responsible for creating reports, ensuring uniform adherence to Process FMEA methodology, and collaborating with teams to optimize quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate PFMEA activities across different areas of responsibility
* Create reports on the overall progress and status of the PFMEAs for the respective area
* Ensure uniform adherence to Process FMEA methodology
* Collaborate with teams to optimize quality
* Support process engineers in identifying known failures and inspection methods
* Optimize the quality of existing PFMEA as per best practices and experience
Requirements:
* Experience in similar positions, preferably in the wind industry or heavy industries
* Knowledge of Process FMEA methodology and related processes
* Strong people skills, able to communicate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's or master's degree in related Engineering-Technical Fields
