Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Managing contracts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with the defined objectives.
2. Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.
3. Managing and coordinating the analysis for real estate projects in all phases and specialities.
4. Implementing tender models, preparing and launching the tendering processes in all phases and specialities, analysing proposals with award proposal.
5. Coordinating various teams: architectural and speciality designers, interior design, project management and supervision, cost controller, and other consultants applicable to each project.
6. Effectively monitoring the works and managing the project teams, supervising project execution and resource management.
7. Ensuring the final quality of the works, minimising potential defects and future problems.
8. Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
9. Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.
10. Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.
11. Evaluating and interacting with suppliers and contractors, selecting suitable partners for each project.
12. Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.
Role Requirements
1. Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture.
2. 3 - 5 years’ experience.
3. Experience in real estate sector, supervision and project management.
4. Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a Plus.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team.
6. Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
9. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerBI will be a Plus.
10. Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
11. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
12. Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
13. Written and oral skills in English.
