ROLE
* Manage, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data from different systems and sources;
* Develop dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business areas;
* Map and analyze processes and systems, proposing improvements and data-driven solutions;
* Provide support and integration with project management and ticketing tools (Jira, Confluence, EasyVista, and others);
* Promote best practices in data management and workflow optimization;
* Ensure data governance and consistency for strategic reporting and analysis;
* Collaborate with different teams to implement improvements.
PROFILE
* Higher education in Information Technology;
* More than 3 years of professional experience in data management and manipulation;
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualizations);
* Strong ability to analyze systems and processes;
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or traditional);
* Experience in management tools such as Jira and Confluence and in ticketing systems such as EasyVista;
* Experience in data integration between corporate systems is valued;
* Certifications in BI tools or agile methodologies are valued;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written);
* Good teamwork and communication skills;
* Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills.
