Job Title: Executive Assistant
The role of Executive Assistant is pivotal in supporting senior managers, requiring a strong calendar discipline and excellent English communication skills.
The responsibilities include:
* Calendar Management: The ability to proactively create, update, and maintain senior managers' calendars, ensuring correct time conversions and respect for site-specific working hours.
* Prioritization & Judgement: Apply priority rules and sound judgement to schedule meetings and handle sensitive and confidential requests.
* Meeting Logistics: Coordinate complete meeting logistics, including room bookings and virtual links.
* Travel & Expenses: Research, arrange, and book travel and complete expense submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key requirements include:
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years in an administrative, scheduling, or coordinator role, supporting multiple senior leaders/executives.
* Language Proficiency: C1 level English with business-ready tone and formatting.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Outlook/Teams/Concur and the ability to quickly learn client systems.
