What are you going to do?
* Contribute to improving the technological risk framework (including the technological contingency component);
* Calculate and analyze technological risk indicators (including technological contingency);
* Monitor the evolution of relevant and critical IT incidents, as well as operational risk occurrences;
* Monitor mitigation measures derived from relevant and critical IT incidents and operational risk occurrences;
* Validate the annual Disaster Recovery calendar;
* Monitor the annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests;
* Monitor the annual review of the Management's Business Impact Analysis (BIA);
* Analyze the gaps between RTO/RT and RPO/RP and identify/monitor the measures defined;
* Ensure that the information in the Management's Operational Continuity Plan (PCO) and Technological Recovery Plans is up to date;
* Centralize the Management's contribution to the Bank's Resolution and Recovery Plans, as well as Operational Continuity and Resolution (OCIR);
* Review the processes associated with the Area;
* Produce reports on activity, incidents, etc., both internally and for external entities.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Economics;
* +5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance;
* Experience in risk management frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, COSO);
* Ability to analyze technological risk indicators and propose mitigation measures;
* Knowledge of information security and operational risk;
* Knowledge of models based on the three lines of defense;
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to information technology in banking, particularly business continuity and technological contingency.
