CONTEXT
Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce B2B /Wholesale Senior Salesforce Front Developer to be part of the delivery of B2B/Wholesale solutions and applications to its Maisons.
Our B2B/Wholesale pillar is an integral part of our Group Technology team. You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce and Microsoft technologies with a worldwide, multi-cloud, cross-Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities to support our major strategic Luxury New Retail program.
Reporting To The Technology Team Lead And Part Of The Scrum Team, As a Salesforce Front-end Developer, You Will Be Accountable For
Crafting a luxurious, high-quality user experience for the group platforms
Developing and integrating a bespoke design in a pixel-perfect manner
Developing a healthy, enterprise compliant high-quality code & configuration release on an agile mindset
Create constructive collaboration and efficiency in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.
You will be part of a global team, collaborating closely with technical leads and scrum teams across various countries and time zones, contributing to the interaction and development of products on the platform.
You will will a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Implementing solutions following the architecture principles, best practices and guidelines
Supports during solution definition, provides guidance on architectural designs and strategies to improve Product/Solution performance, usability and scalability
Work with Product's technical leads to manage & develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution
Develops integration processes and interface requirements
Selects the technology stack based on the given requirements and constraints, in close collaboration with the Technical Team Leads and solution architect.
Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies
Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define high level architectures
Provide recommendations in the selection and use of technology, such as "build or buy"
Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve them
Ensure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystem
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, maintaining a roadmap for required changes.
Aligning with Technical Team Leads to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security and compliance.
Actively contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of Practice
Participate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years' proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with skills covering back-end and front-end activities
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end framework development
Expertise in development of Lightning Web Components, incl. Advanced concepts such as reusability (mixins / inheritance)
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Lightning / LWR is a plus
Proficiency in React / JavaScript component-oriented framework is a strong plus
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex
Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols (OAuth 2 flows) and their documentation (Swagger, OpenAPI)
Experience with Salesforce standard integration best practices (External Services, Mocks)
Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.
Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
