Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve technical incidents of medium to high complexity (L2 level).
* Provide user support and perform problem diagnosis via various communication channels.
* Follow up and document issues in internal systems.
* Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant technical certification/course.
* Solid knowledge of SQL and ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
