HR Executive
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll and administrative processes. This includes monthly payroll processing, contract management, and continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for people administration and HR analytics, driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll and Administrative Tasks
* Monthly payroll processing and contracts management
* Termination documents, audit requests, and related queries
2. Social Security and Labour Relations
* Tax remittances, reconciliations, and payroll incidents
* On-going social security updates and communications
3. HR Advice and Reporting
* Trusted advisor to line management and employees on HR-related issues
* Create, redefine, and automate HR reports and metrics
* Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports to support company decisions
4. Process Improvement
* Develop and propose new processes, systems, or IT tool improvements within the payroll and HR administration area
* Implement and monitor workplace Health and Safety standards
5. Requirements
* University degree or studies related to HR personnel administration
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Creative problem-solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking
* Self-motivated and happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward proactively
