About Central Operations (CO)
Central Operations (CO) is a strategic initiative within Amazon Logistics (AMZL) aimed at transforming route planning, labor planning, and last mile delivery. It supports the growth of the delivery network by enabling real-time, effective decision-making to enhance customer and driver experiences.
Role: EU Flow Manager
You will lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers, overseeing daily operations, building scalable processes, and ensuring performance standards. Your role involves data-driven decision-making to optimize costs, customer satisfaction, and delivery partner experience, while coaching your team and fostering leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations: Ensure all tasks are completed timely and according to standards.
2. Performance monitoring: Report and analyze trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
3. Process improvement: Develop and execute scalable processes, often requiring innovative solutions.
4. Standard work creation: Enable remote support through standardized procedures.
5. Data analysis: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement based on data insights.
6. Team support: Manage recognition and communication programs for the scheduling team.
Basic Qualifications
* A degree
* Experience in people management
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
* Experience using data to influence decisions
* Proficiency in English and local language
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
* Experience in logistics environments
* Proficiency with MS Office
