We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description
The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Internal Control team, specifically:
* Performing level 2 testing on LOD1 controls, particularly for the Business and Support Function scopes, part of the annual Internal Control Testing Campaign.
* Issuing a LOD 2 Testing report using the templates provided by Internal Control.
* Discussing and sending the LOD 2 test results with the Control Owner/Control Responsible, as well as Risk Managers.
* Completing the Internal Control tool with the test results and uploading the associated report. If necessary, defining an action plan with the Control Owner to improve control and update the Internal Control tool accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A business school or university academic background.
* To be a self-starter, confident and able to present excellent analytical skills.
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
* Fluency in English is required.
