Process Improvement Professional
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of process analysis and improvement methodologies. They will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing sustainable changes that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
* Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across different departments, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with local operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, manage factory layouts according to product portfolios and forecasts.
* Develop and implement 5S programs and factory KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate waste.
Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
* Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and process analysis tools.
* Proactive, communicator, and analytical mindset.
