Your Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive focused on Portugal you will be at the heart of our growth as we provide solutions to healthcare organizations, improving care for hundreds of thousands of people across the country. You will be part of the Portuguese sales team, managing the entire sales process — from prospecting and initial engagement through to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding. Deep knowledge or experience within the Portuguese public healthcare environment is essential.


What You’ll Do

* Prospecting And Lead Generation
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the Portuguese healthcare sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels (meetings, networking, industry events, referrals, etc.). Work with colleagues in Customer Success to engage with existing customers and secure further expansions in the support we provide them.
* Sales Cycle Management
Support the Lead Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and discovery meetings to proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and other relevant healthcare entities. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
* Collaboration And Market Monitoring
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies and drive continuous improvement in our offerings. Provide regular market feedback to help refine our products and sales approach, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the healthcare technology sector.


What We’re Looking For

* Sector Expertise
Proven experience or a strong understanding of the Portuguese public healthcare sector. Familiarity with the structure, processes, and key stakeholders within the Portuguese healthcare system.
* Sales Acumen
Experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development is a plus, but not a necessary requirement. Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and close deals or deliver tangible outcomes is valuable.
* Communication, Interpersonal And Organizational Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
