About the jobWhat are we looking for?
Requirements:6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale projects for European institutions or the public sector; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree and/or certifications such as CBAP or CSPO are a plus); Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks; Proven experience in business process modeling (BPMN); Proficient in tools such as ARIS and Camunda; Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications; Familiar with: Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Story mapping, Persona creation, Gherkin syntax and User testing coordination; Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and analytical skills; Detail-orientedwith a strong focus on accuracy and completeness; Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to complex business environments; Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous communication tools (e.G., Apache Kafka) is considered an asset.Location: Remote, Portugal We're waiting for you!
