Position SummaryEnsure effective treasury, credit, and financial operations management by maintaining adequate liquidity, controlling cashflow, managing customer credit and collections, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements, and delivering accurate financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Control: Manage daily treasury operations, ensuring adequate liquidity levels. Prepare cashflow forecasts, including short- and medium-term projections of receipts and payments. Execute payments to suppliers, employees, tax authorities, and other entities. Monitor cashflow, bank balances, and perform bank reconciliations. Manage short-term credit lines (e.g., Confirming, FOI, DOI). Maintain operational and documentary relationships with banks and financial institutions.Factoring & Financing: Validate invoices daily for submission to factoring. Prepare and execute weekly factoring submission files. Manage the daily factoring position and communicate incoming receipts. Support financing processes related to CAPEX and OPEX. Ensure accurate accounting records for factoring, banking, and financing transactions.Compliance, Legal & Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Ensure adherence to internal procedures, group policies, and external requirements. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, insurers, auditors, and tax authorities.Management Support & Financial Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for management reporting. Monitor and support the preparation of key financial performance indicators (KPIs). Perform regular financial analyses to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Produce regular financial reports for the Finance Department and internal stakeholders.Additional Support: Support financial management of investment projects. Assist in the management of the company's insurance portfolio. Support the financial management of vehicle fleet and fuel cards. Support legal advisors in litigation and debt recovery processes. Ensure continuous coordination with commercial, legal, and finance departments.ProfileDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.Proven experience in treasury, credit control, and financial operations.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Solid knowledge of cashflow management, credit risk, and financial reporting.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.High level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detail.Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
