The Role
We are seeking a proven sales performer and visionary International Business Developer to drive revenue growth and champion the ARPA mission globally. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, closing complex deals, and consistently achieving sales targets while serving as the primary advocate for our 'Automate More' philosophy. This role demands a hunter mentality—you will identify and convert international partners and clients who are ready to evolve their digital operations into self-improving, intelligent ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, managing a pipeline with 3x coverage and driving deals from initial contact through contract signature
New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in international markets, building relationships with decision-makers and converting prospects into revenue-generating clients
Expansion Strategy: Drive ARPA's footprint into new geographic territories (Europe, Middle East and North America) by positioning our Intelligent Automation Factory as the premier solution for enterprise-scale growth
Customer Advocacy: Partner with global clients to identify 'hidden value' in their processes and design multi-year automation journeys that evolve with their business needs
Strategic Partnerships: Source and manage high-level relationships with global platform leaders (UiPath, Microsoft, etc.) and regional distributors to accelerate deployment pipelines
Consultative Sales: Lead complex, cross-border negotiations that emphasize long-term ROI and digital resilience over simple cost-cutting

What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of consistent quota achievement in B2B technology sales, with demonstrable experience closing complex deals (€50K-€500K+) and managing long sales cycles (3-9 months)
Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated prospector who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, converting cold outreach into warm relationships, and driving deals to closure
Passion for Automation: A deep belief in the transformative power of AI and other automation technolgies to help organizations 'automate more and achieve more'
Global Expertise: Proven experience (3+ years) in international B2B technology sales, with a track record of scaling solutions across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes
Technical Literacy: Ability to articulate complex concepts like Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Orchestration, and AI Agents to C-level executives and translate them into business value
Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish, Freanch or German proficiency will be highly valued.
Strategic Mindset: Comfortable navigating long sales cycles (3-9 months) with multiple stakeholders while building sustainable pipeline coverage
