About The Job
- Project Manager - IT mission involves defining, designing, and implementing solutions that meet new IT requirements expressed by clients, considering allocated resources, deadlines, and Group's IT Governance best practices.
- Within CIB2S IT DTS - IT Innovations team, you will manage internal projects within NOA in collaboration with local development teams, other CIB2S IT teams, and business sponsors.
Your Main Activities Are
- Understand and analyze needs from the Business or market changes, propose sustainable solutions aligned with the strategic plan, and translate them into detailed requirements.
- Engage all relevant stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements, assessing potential impacts.
- Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment.
- Follow the go-live process, compare impacts with expectations, and propose adjustments as needed.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ticketing tools (JIRA or ServiceNOW).
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
- Strong communication skills, building business & IT relationships.
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
