/pp We#39;re looking for an IT Application Manager / Business Analyst (Dynamics 365) /pp What you#39;ll be doing: /pulli Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (D365 SCM) application landscape /lili Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability /lili Handle incidents, problem resolution, and change requests (AMS environment) /lili Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners /lili Gather and analyze business requirements from Supply Chain stakeholders (logistics, procurement, production) /lili Translate business needs into functional specifications /lili Propose solutions aligned with D365 capabilities and best practices /lili Participate in system enhancements, releases, and testing cycles (UAT) /li /ulp What you#39;ll bring: /pulli Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management) /lili Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, warehouse, production) /lili Experience in Application Management / AMS / Support environments /lili Background in Business Analysis /lili Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions /lili Strong communication and stakeholder management skills /lili Experience working in international environments (nice to have) /lili Good level of English (minimum B2) /li /ulp Location: Full remote from Portugal (mandatory to be based in Portugal) /pp What we offer: /pulli Permanent contract /lili Health insurance /lili Career growth opportunities /lili Access to training and continuous learning /li /ulp If you#39;re based in Portugal and looking for your next challenge in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, this might be the right opportunity for you!
