The Customer Care Associate Night Shift supports customers and carriers, ensuring transport processes and quality standards are maintained. The goal is to deliver excellent customer service and enhance service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
* Transport organization and proactive monitoring to identify, record, and resolve issues.
* Manage and execute shipments efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards and timelines.
* Proactively address potential issues impacting customer experience and delivery performance.
* Escalate issues or deviations promptly to management, providing continuous, accurate updates.
* Report and document non-conformities using the internal quality tool (NCR).
* Raise serious incidents to appropriate management levels.

Experience: Junior profile, with 1 year of operational experience in a similar role is a plus.
