Laboratory Operations
technician
, with responsibility over sample management, procurement, client project coordination, and timely delivery of results.
QPLAB is a GMP certified laboratory with end-to-end services for the Pharmaceutical industry to approve and release medicinal products in the EU: Analytical services (Analytical Development, Analytical Method Validation, and Quality Control) and EU Batch certification.
Job Description
* Coordinate and track the full sample lifecycle, from reception to analysis and storage/disposal, ensuring traceability and compliance with GMP requirements.
* Oversee procurement activities, including the purchasing of laboratory supplies, consumables, and reagents, ensuring timely availability for operations.
* Act as the central point of contact for client project management, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations (timelines, deliverables, updates).
* Plan, monitor, and ensure on-time delivery of analytical results to clients.
* Support the planning and prioritization of laboratory workload in collaboration with QC and Analytical teams.
* Maintain and improve internal systems for logistics, documentation, and project tracking.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational readiness for GMP inspections.
* Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal teams and external clients.
Skills
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in laboratory operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in a GMP-regulated Pharmaceutical environment;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Familiarity with GMP, sample management systems, and laboratory procurement processes;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;
* Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a proactive problem-solving attitude;
* Degree or technical qualification (level IV or higher) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems;
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
