You will contribute to the digitalization and automation of core operations, with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain Sales systems and tools to support business growthDrive cross-platform solutions that enhance sales workflows across desktop and web environmentsImplement, test, and refine sales applications and automations following best practices and quality standardsCollaborate with Sales leaders and stakeholders to gather insights, analyze requirements and align tools with business needsAutomate manual processes to improve efficiency and minimize errorsCreate and maintain documentation, including process guides and best practices, to support the Sales teamProvide ongoing support and enhancements for existing and developed solutionsIdentify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness, efficiency and contribute to digitalizationCoordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure customer satisfactionYOUR BACKGROUND1-3 years' experience in software development (Microsoft SQL + .NET) and Power ToolsFamiliarity with ETL tools and integration frameworks like Docker or GiStrong capabilities in MS Office programs, particularly MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAnalytical thinking and strong passion in achieving resultsExceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilitiesOutstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilitiesCustomer satisfaction focusAbility to prioritize tasks and sense of urgencyOpen for challenges and team player"Play to win" behaviorQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similarFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalWHY JOIN US?Grow with purpose.
