This role is for someone who:
- Thinks in funnels, not campaigns
- Uses AI as leverage, not as a buzzword
- Ships fast, tests faster, and improves constantly
- Cares about CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline quality
You'll:
- Build and scale lead generation systems using AI
- Design funnels (ads ? landing ? CRM ? conversion)
- Run multi-channel acquisition (paid, organic, outbound, partnerships)
- Implement automations across CRM, email, and workflows
- Constantly experiment and optimize performance
