About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team as an HR Specialist. As part of this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and quality service for thousands of employees across various global entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve HR inquiries concerning processes and policies across all global entities
* Act as first line of support, efficiently resolving inquiries using knowledge base documents (FAQs, job aids)
* Maintain regular contact with employees and partners until the request is closed, strictly adhering to SLA commitments
* Identify gaps in current documentation and suggest improvements to enhance our knowledge base
* Educate users on how to navigate self-help materials and system functionalities contributing to continuous digitalization optimization of HR processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant professional experience in core HR functions such Employee Data Management Payroll Learning Support Services Total Rewards Support Service.
