Job Opportunity: Core Employee Central Business Analyst

The Core Employee Central Business Analyst will be responsible for participating in the definition and execution of the roadmap for the core HR workstream. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement HRIS solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
* Participate in the design authority board as the Core HR live countries lead.
* Coordinate L3 incidents resolution and liaise with support teams to resolve issues.
* Manage the Core HR data model and processes, including hire, move, promote, terminate, etc.
* Develop and execute testing strategies related to Core HR activities.
* Produce KPIs and maintain dashboards for the Core HR scope.
* Validate training and communication contents to ensure user adoption.
What You Need to Succeed:
* 2-5 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects at a global level.
* SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is required.
* Business analysis and project management skills are essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence in transverse situations.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
