Kitchen Assistant – Lagos (32.5h/week)
We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a premium bar & restaurant in Lagos. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and doesn't mind getting their hands a little wet.
Schedule:
* Tuesday to Saturday
* 32.5 hours/week
* February - March (possibility to renew contract for 40 hours from April)
What you'll do:
* Wash dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently and hygienically
* Clean and maintain the kitchen to high standards
* Prep ingredients and assist with the cold section
* Support the team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
Requirements:
* Previous kitchen experience
* Team player with a proactive attitude
* Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene
* English required; Portuguese is a plus
* Must live in or near Lagos ( accommodation not provided)
