We're looking for an Area Sales Manager based in or near Porto to join our dynamic team and help grow our presence across Portugal.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for developing and managing sales across the Portuguese market, working closely with distributors and customers to promote our full range of closures and packaging solutions for the wine, champagne, spirits, oil, and vinegar industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the achievement of sales targets defined by sales management
* Manage and develop the Portuguese market by promoting the full product portfolio
* Supervise and support existing distributors and business partners
* Identify opportunities and implement actions to grow market share
* Provide market insights and benchmarking on competitors and trends
* Ensure consistent product positioning and communication in the market
* Maintain strong coordination with the internal customer service and sales teams
* Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies
What We're Looking For
* Portuguese speaker, based in or near Porto
* 5+ years of proven sales experience
* Experience in the capsule and/or cork stopper sector is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
* Strong knowledge of business tools (Excel, Word, email, CRM)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within an international team
* Willingness to travel
