PstrongAbout Colorful Standard /strong /ppColorful Standard is a fast-growing Danish fashion brand built on the belief that basics should be anything but basic. We design and produce high-quality, sustainably minded garments - jersey t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants - and we sell them to a rapidly expanding global audience. With our own production facility in Barcelos, Portugal, we control quality, speed and innovation directly. This is a brand with momentum, a clear mission, and the ambition to build one of Europe’s most efficient and forward-thinking fashion production operations. The Factory Director we hire will be central to making that happen. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppThis is a hands-on leadership role at the very heart of our operation and one of the most impactful positions in the company. Reporting to the COO, you will have real impact on strategic decisions, from capital investment to adoption of new technology. /ppWe are seeking a leader who is present on the factory floor every day - someone who leads the team through genuine expertise and consistent presence. You will bring the rigor of world-class manufacturing to a brand that is growing fast and ready to invest in its production future. You will shape how we invest in the factory’s future. /ppstrong5. Supply Chain Collaboration /strong /ppExtend operational excellence beyond the factory walls.
