About The Job
The IT Team Leader is responsible for providing direction, setting guidelines, constructing processes, and guiding team members to achieve business goals. This role involves supporting the team in performance, motivation, and professional growth, as well as monitoring IT resources and operational management across technical and application environments.
Your Main Activities
- Manage team activities from a business perspective, including estimations, planning, KPI reporting, and ensuring team alignment.
- Contribute to new projects and stakeholder relationships, supporting transversal projects to improve efficiency.
- Support, develop, and empower team members, focusing on their skills, aspirations, and development needs.
- Handle workload planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and motivation of team members.
- Monitor and analyze IT resource warnings, escalate issues as needed, and incorporate instructions from ADM for incidents.
- Process specific requests, create control points, and draft ad hoc reports.
- Provide timely support to system users and maintain a knowledge base for issue resolution.
- Build knowledge of systems and business areas to support operational needs.
- Prepare environments for releases, ensuring proper testing and implementation.
- Act as a reference in the function, sharing knowledge and coaching others.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets, ITIL, Linux, Unix, or Oracle PLSQL.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong personal impact, influencing skills, and ability to inspire and generate commitment.
