Enterprise Sales Account Manager - Large Business Unit

What You’ll Do

* Focus on acquiring new business and developing existing customer accounts to increase penetration through effective account management.
* Perform business dealings, negotiations, and contract signings; identify opportunities and strategies to win business from customers.
* Report to the Sales Manager.
* Deliver sales activities timely, aligned with targets, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and care within your segment.
* Ensure sales solutions meet customer needs and align with Vodafone's sales strategy.
* Develop customer-specific strategies and business plans based on Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to address business issues impacting revenue, costs, or margins.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence customer decisions using sales skills and industry knowledge.
* Collaborate with teams such as Technology, Marketing, and Commercial Management to develop tailored solutions.
* Guide junior staff informally as needed.


Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in the telecom sector.
* High customer orientation.
* Strong planning, organizing, and networking skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Results-oriented with strategic thinking.
* Commitment to lifelong learning.
* Experience selling technical solutions and knowledge of the IT sector.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
