Join us as a Team Leader in Sales
As a TL, you will take full ownership of driving cold sales performance while leading, motivating and coaching a high-performing team. You will be responsible for reaching ambitious goals and ensuring your team is aligned, productive and constantly improving.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead a sales team focused on cold calling and outbound B2C/B2B efforts for the Spanish market
* Drive team performance to exceed KPIs, sales targets and revenue goals
* Identify and implement coaching opportunities to increase conversion rates
* Monitor and analyze individual and team metrics to drive improvements
* Deliver frequent performance reviews and action plans
* Align team operations with campaign goals and company standards
* Act as a role model and set the tone for discipline, professionalism and resilience in a sales environment
* Communicate closely with upper management and operations to ensure campaign success
* Support Real-Time Management in distributing tasks and traffic monitoring
* Create detailed reports on team evolution, sales performance and customer insights
* Continuously motivate the team, providing guidance on growth and career development

* Fluent/native Spanish speaker
* Strong experience in cold sales and outbound campaigns
* Proven track record in leadership roles within high-volume sales environments
* Exceptional communication, persuasion and coaching skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and reporting abilities
* Resilient, proactive, and passionate about achieving results
