What you'll do: You will play a key role in supporting the successful launch and growth of operations in Portugal for one of our high-profile technology clients, recognized for its cutting-edge platform, software solutions, and global presence.
As a Customer Support Representative – PCI Compliance, you will help the client protect their customers' payment data by guiding them through the PCI-DSS process – a set of industry rules designed to prevent credit card fraud and ensure secure handling of cardholder information.
Don't worry – you'll receive full training to become confident in helping users understand and follow each step!
