IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity Focus)
This role is focused on leading and coordinating IT and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the stability, security and evolution of critical infrastructure and systems.

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity Focus) to join a challenging project in Lisbon.
Your role
* Lead and coordinate IT and cybersecurity projects
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Ensure the continuity and evolution of IT infrastructure and systems
* Oversee cloud environments and infrastructure operations (mainly AWS)
* Implement and improve cybersecurity practices and controls
* Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
* Manage communication with systems linked to satellite operations (training provided)
* Support and coordinate a small internal team
* Ensure smooth knowledge transfer from the current responsible
* Contribute across planning, execution and delivery phases
What we are looking for
Technical profile:
* +5 years of experience in IT roles (Infrastructure, Systems, Networks or Project Management)
* Proven experience in IT Project Management
* Experience in cybersecurity-related projects or environments
* Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS)
* Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
* Knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
Nice to have:
* Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and governance
* Experience in mission-critical or distributed environments
* Exposure to satellite communications (or willingness to learn)
* Experience managing small teams
