What you will be doing…
* Understand product/commercial needs and how they translate into functional and technical requirements.
* Lead the requirements gathering effort based on stakeholder input.
* Be responsible for the timely availability and accuracy of project requirements, ensuring that engineering teams can develop software in the most efficient manner possible.
* Write user stories with acceptance criteria, prepare and prioritize backlogs, produce launch and communications plans, execute shows and track benefits realization.
* Attend all relevant scrum ceremonies.
* Adapt product backlog as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Communicate constantly with stakeholders and keep them informed about the status of requirements development.
* Provide guidance and induction to other product owners.
* Have a detailed understanding of the portfolio, project and feature delivery processes.
* Be a subject matter expert in your domain and have a solid understanding of the company’s organization and performance.
Requirements
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or technology discipline.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English).
* Experience in defining business requirements is essential.
* Experience in influencing change in work practices in the analysis and development department.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specification.
* Ability to interact with commercial, design and technical specialists.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Experience working across multiple Agile methodologies.
