Responsibilities Support autonomous, cross-functional teams to plan and deliver effectively through Agile and Lean practices. Promote delivery discipline and a DevOps culture to ensure ownership from design to operations. Facilitate delivery ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness. Track and analyse delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, quality) to support continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Service Operations to align goals and manage dependencies. Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers, progress, and value delivered. Identify and manage delivery risks, helping teams implement mitigation strategies. Drive team coaching, improving ways of working, autonomy, and sustainable delivery. Encourage knowledge sharing and support the development of the delivery community. Qualifications Track record of enabling high-performing software and/or platform teams. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders. Experience balancing multiple streams of work while maintaining alignment and flow. Problem-solving mindset, with confidence to navigate ambiguity and change. Passion for delivery excellence, system thinking, and continuous learning. Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, AWS) are a nice to have. Mastery of Agile, Lean, and ideally DevOps practices in real-world teams. Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments. Working knowledge of delivery tooling such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and dashboards. Experience with cloud-native environments, particularly AWS, a strong plus. Excellent communication tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
