Job Description:
* Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining files and documents, and assisting with budgeting and financial management.
* Staff Support: Assisting in coordinating staff schedules, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Reporting and Analysis: Tracking expenses, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Communication: Facilitating effective communication between the F&B team, other departments, and management to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and staying updated with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:

Education/Professional Experience:
* Specialized or University Degree;
* 1 year previousexperience in the function.
Linguistic Knowledge:
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
