About the Role
This is a high-level leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our food and beverage operations. As a Premier Dining Experience Manager, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences, while driving revenue growth and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Requirements
* A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; 4 years experience in restaurant management or culinary arts.
* Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and interact with guests effectively.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
* Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and financial reporting software.
