Nebius Academy (staffed by TripleTen) is an independent educational and research division of Nebius, a global AI infrastructure company. We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on AI engineering for different target audiences.
Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment. Successfully completing this assignment will be the first step in the interview process. Please note this is a Full Time Remote Contract position.

What you will do
* Update our current courses on AI Engineering
o Audit the course in terms of cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with learning goals
o Work with student feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement
o Adapt the course for different target audiences: tech and non-tech professionals
o Update course content in collaboration with a Product Manager and SMEs
o Maintain backlog of improvements
* Develop new courses teaching how to use Nebius Products
o Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME
o Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson
o Collaborate with the production team to create content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids
o Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date
Requirements
* 3+ years as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer
* Proven experience with technical topics (software engineering, data science, data analysis)
* Knowledge of models and methodologies for complex skills learning
* Ability to develop diverse educational content (long reads, video, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessments, etc.)
* Ability to design and implement skills and knowledge assessments
* Ability to structure educational experiences and build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs)
* Experience with modern tools to create learning aids (Figma, HeyGen, Supademo)
* English proficiency
