We are looking for a Salesforce Tester to join our Client's team under a hybrid work model with occasional visits of Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce applications
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce environments
* Validate business requirements and ensure proper system behavior
* Identify, document, and track defects using testing and project management tools
* Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
* Support UAT phases and ensure alignment with business expectations
* Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and continuous improvement of QA processes
* Ensure compliance with best practices in software testing and quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Software Tester, with hands-on experience in Salesforce environments
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
* Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
* Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder)
* Experience with test automation tools
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
