Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead Minga's presence on TikTok and Instagram.
You will be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up daily — from content direction to execution — ensuring everything feels relevant, fast and aligned with culture.
This role combines strategy and hands-on content creation, with a strong focus on short-form video and social-first thinking.
This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with creative, marketing and product teams to translate collections, drops and brand moments into engaging content that drives both visibility and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Minga's TikTok and Instagram accounts on a daily basis
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with drops, campaigns and key moments
Create and oversee short-form video content (Reels, TikTok), from idea to execution
Identify trends, formats and cultural moments, and translate them into relevant content
Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and strong brand identity
Collaborate with content creators, influencers and internal teams
Analyse performance and optimise content based on insights and platform behaviour
Support paid media with social-first content ideas and formats
Ensure consistent product visibility across content
Requirements2–4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including formats, trends and algorithms
Experience creating or directing short-form video content
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
Strong understanding of internet culture and youth trends
Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
