Job Title: Business Developer Brazil
We are seeking a Business Developer Brazil to join our team at Ria Money Transfer. This role supports leading the company's expansion into the Omnichannel customer needs sector, focusing on building and growing the Brazilian corridor in Portugal. The position involves coordinating campaigns across the country and requires a proactive, analytical individual with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of marketing techniques and a keen interest in maintaining a consistent brand voice are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze remittance market trends, especially for the Brazilian corridor in the region, including studying competitor products and services, increasing profitability, and identifying innovation opportunities.
* Identify target markets in Brazil within the region and develop communication strategies. Determine locations for Ria branding and advertising.
* Build and expand the omnichannel remittance customer base for the Brazilian corridor, including promoting Ria’s services within the Brazilian community.
* Engage potential Brazilian customers at strategic moments and locations, such as events, churches, parties, fairs, institutions, and social media platforms.
* Establish local partnerships with prominent Brazilian community spots, such as stores, restaurants, and markets.
* Maintain close contact with existing Brazilian customers to enhance their experience and encourage customer retention and referrals.
* Identify potential locations with a strong Brazilian presence to serve as agents.
* Implement marketing techniques and concepts to promote products and services effectively.
* Lead and coordinate marketing activities in collaboration with advertising and promotion teams, including timely delivery of promotional materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Administration to execute regional initiatives.
* Track sales data, manage promotional materials, plan meetings, maintain databases, and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales and marketing.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
