/ppbr/ppThis role as a bProcess Construction Project Manager /b requires strong technical understanding of bindustrial processes combined with the ability to coordinate, manage, and deliver construction projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
/b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliProject Construction Management /liliMaterial Procurement: Oversee the acquisition of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
/liliManage all project phases: concept, basic and detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil contractors /liliEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards /li /ul pbProcess Technical Oversight: /b /pulliEnsure construction solutions align with process requirements, operational efficiency, and future scalability /liliAct as a technical reference for process design and industrial layouts /liliReview and approve technical documents such as PIDs, layouts, equipment specifications, and construction drawings /liliSupport process-related decisions during construction to minimize impact on operations /li /ul pbGMP, Quality Safety: /b /pulliEnsure all project activities comply with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical regulations /liliCollaborate with Quality, Validation, and EHS teams throughout the project lifecycle /liliTechnical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate product information into project models and ensure compatibility.
/li /ul pbCommunication Coordination: /b /pulliAct as the main point of contact between engineering, production, quality, and construction teams /liliProvide regular project updates, schedules, risk assessments, and cost tracking /liliIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /pulliDegree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) /liliProven experience in industrial manufacturing environments, ideally pharmaceutical, oil gas, or food processing /liliStrong understanding of industrial processes and plant design /liliDemonstrated experience in construction project management within operational facilities /liliKnowledge of GMP environments and regulated industries /liliStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skills /liliAbility to work on-site and coordinate construction activities in live manufacturing environments /li /ulpbr/ppbLocation: Seixal (100% on-site) /b /ppbr/ppbWhy Join Us?
